DESIGN AND PROCESS:
These brackets are asymmetric, the wall side is shorter than the shelf support, this gives the chance to enhance the beauty of the scrolls.
These traditional shelves brackets are entirely hand hammered. The scrolls are Widened at both sides for giving a nice and elegant classical shape. The bracket base is hammered with a hammer made especially by the blacksmith and it's widened at both ends.
It's fit with wood shelves as well as a glass. Handmade by an experimented blacksmith with ancestral and modern techniques.
MATERIAL:
This heavy-duty Corbel is made with 1/4" x 1 1/2" flat steel and a square of 3/8" for the scroll that gives a strong capacity for loading. Two holes for wall fixations are drilled and two for the fixations off wood shelves.
Screws not included.

CONTROL of QUALITY:
Each object is made by a blacksmith of more than thirty years of experience. He makes sure that the order is respected and practices a STRICT CONTROL OF QUALITY. The square had a tolerance of fewer than 0,5 degrees.
Usually, the dimension is close to the dimension indicated but it could be more or less than 1/2'' due to the forging process in the length and the height.
