Forges Pelli Design does not accept refunds, but we will exchange if the object you receive is not corresponding to the order for the dimensions or finish or not corresponding expressly to your orders. The return cost will be payable to the customer. Any demand for exchanges because any interpretation of the photos, like colors, shining, textures, or because of the lighting, posted in www.forgespellidesign.net will be not considered.
We can hold a sum for all the inconveniences incurred determined by Forges Pelli Design if we agree exceptionally to make a refund.
We take care to make the best to make objects corresponding to your requirements, but we cannot realize your expectations if that not express clearly. If we can understand that well, we reserve the right to take the time to make a drawing or a text (email) to clarify your ideas. The delay with the delivery will start after your final approbation in this case.
FREE SHIPPING:
Free shipping is exclusively for the United States of America and Canada.
MIRRORS and GLASS:
Although if we make good packaging, according to the carrier standards, and if it rarely happens, the mirror is NOT INSURABLE against breakage during transport. The customer will have to replace it in this case. We also offer only the frame without glass.
and we strongly invite the customer to order the frame only and buy glass locally.

Payments
Forges Pelli Design accepts payments through credit card and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Packages will be mailed after payment is received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order. Forges Pelli Design will provide you with one additional day (that's four days total). If payment has not been received on the fourth day, the transaction will be cancelled.
If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Deliverys
All orders will usually ship within 3-20 business days from the date of payment unless it has a different statement in the description on the product pages. All packages will be sent via UPS or another carrier if better or cheaper, depending on the country and the dimension of objects. When shipping overseas we depend on the politics and delay of carrier and customs, so the delays for delivery are not depending on us and we cannot be responsible for any inconvenience gave by the carrier or the customs.
STANDARD
All orders are sent via standard mail unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
If the shipping address is different from the address provided in your registration, please contact the seller prior to payment. If addresses are different, and no special instruction has been provided, Forges Pelli Design will send the order to the address provided through the site.
For any shipment to a different address registered, we ask the shipping address to be entered in the message box of the order. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery to a different address and we cannot be held responsible in the event of an error.

If the customers forget to claims for a rebate by entering a coupon code, he had to ask to be reimbursed but Forges Pelli design can deny giving the money back.
